1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the maju369 website accessible at https://maju369.run together with all services, content and functions provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with maju369 and uses the platform's services.
• "Company" refers to the owner and operator of the maju369 platform, operating under international licensing.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on the maju369 platform with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds in a user's account, including real money and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to additional funds or credits granted by the Company to Users subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a User must wager before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account on the maju369 platform or using any of our services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this Terms and Conditions document.

3. Account Registration and Management

To register an account at maju369, Users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during the registration process.
• Have full legal capacity to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the country or region where the User resides.
• Not have been previously prohibited from using any online gambling platform by any authority or through a self-exclusion programme.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the maju369 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and the Company reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Any activity that occurs under a User's account is the responsibility of that User. Please contact our 24/7 customer support immediately if a User suspects unauthorised access to their account.

maju369 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of MyKad or a valid identity document. Accounts that fail to complete the verification process within the specified period may be suspended or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

maju369 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit for compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. The Company reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by maju369 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These conditions must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus winnings can be processed.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received.

For example: A user who deposits RM100 will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing the account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If the first deposit is RM2,200, the bonus received is RM1,000 (the maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM3,200, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

VIP Programme: maju369 offers four VIP membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides members with weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. Tier upgrades depend on a member's ongoing wagering activity.

• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions or manipulate the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Game Rules

If a technical failure occurs while a game is in progress, the Company reserves the right to void the round in question and return the stake to the User. 7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the maju369 platform:

• Colluding with other users to circumvent wagering requirements or manipulate game outcomes.

• Transferring funds between user accounts or selling, buying, or transferring accounts to another party.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

A breach of any of the above provisions will result in appropriate action including immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action as applicable.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting maju369 customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be taken into account and any eligible real money balance will be returned via the original payment method.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any User's account without prior notice if:

• The User is suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions.

• A relevant authority or regulatory body issues an instruction to the Company to do so.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
